Frankie was a cowgirl this Halloween. Here she is all dressed up and ready to go to her first Halloween party! The Polks hosted a baby-bash (I think the count was 20 kids, mostly babies under the age of 1). The weather was unexpectently warm - it was about 70 degrees, and with all those people at the Polks, it got quite warm in the house. Most of the babies were stripped down to their onesies before the night was through. Unfortunately, on Halloween itself, Frankie was sick, so we didn't dress her up again. She actually went to bed at 6:00 that night, so did not participate in any trick or treating. Not that she can eat the candy anyway!

halloween just doesn't fit with our super baby food diet...must i remind you of page 40? no...
* hard candy
* chewy candy
* gum
* jelly beans
* lollipops that may come off
the stick
* all candy
* wrappers from candy
halloween is like the anti-super baby food diet, but look how cute she is dressed like a little cowgirl!
WHO is that chicken? Oh, so precious!
That is Ella DeFoyd. So, so cute. Her mom made that costume.
Sarah, thank you for reminding me of "the list"!
I, of course, didn't mean to imply that Frankie was anything but oh, so precious. It's just that we already know that. I do love the cowgirl costume. Of course Jenny's girl would be fabulously dressed. She's even got her cowgirl face on!
Don't worry, we all agreed that Ella's costume was the cutest, hands down!
